A fantastic walk to coincide with the Feast of the Immaculate Conception, which is on the 8th December. The walk will discover some of the most suggestive ‘Madonnelle’ in Rome. These sacred images adorn the corners and facades of many palaces and are of great interest for both the artistic and devotional points of view.
The walk starts from the area of Via dei Coronari and Piazza di Tor Sanguigna, with the renowned image of Antonio da Sangallo Bridge. You will continue to the Pantheon area with the miraculous Madonna del Rosario of Via dell’Arco della Ciambella and the Immacolata di piazza della Rotonda. The tour finishes in the Piazza Farnese area with the picturesque images between Via dei Pettinari and Via Giulia.
