Q What is a minimum number to be considered a “Group”

We consider a Group a minimum of 25  participants with the ideal number being about 40, anyway we can cater for much larger numbers in case of Meetings or Congresses. We are still able to provide services for smaller groups as well anyway the pricing and the logistics may differ.

Q Is Group travelling less expensive?

Group travelling comes with some overhead costs that individual travelling has not but the overall all inclusive cost of group travel it is about 30% lower that individual travelling with the same services and quality of service. Especially for popular destinations like Rome, Florence or Venice, looking online you may have the impression that deals for a Couple or a Family trip are much better than Group travel, anyway in our arrangements we usually include at least one meal a day and all transfers, which will result in a better value for money overall pricing.
